Dear friends and colleagues,One year on since our last message to you. Apologies for our radio silence. We hope you and your loved ones are well. As a department we’ve been dealing with a full year of remote teaching, while remaining amazed by the reliance and purpose of our students. In addition to these collective and personal difficulties, in March we suddenly and tragically lost our head of department, Mary Vaughan Johnson. We thank you for your patience with Conversations and are happy to report that the book is complete. We hope it will be printed this summer with a book launch to begin the new academic year in September. We will be in touch with you at a later date about this. Please take care of yourselves,REGISTER

Dear friends and colleagues,

All of us at Kingston hope this message finds you well in these difficult and trying times. We’re delighted to confirm with you that Conversations reached its target and that each of you will be receiving a copy of the book later this year. This is hugely exciting news for REGISTER and all of the students and staff at Kingston School of Art, and we thank you again for your support of this project.

At Kingston teaching and learning is operating as usual, mediated through Zoom and other means. This includes our REGISTER lecture series where we will be joined by Vokes and Peters from Brisbane at 1pm BST on 22nd April. Zoom link is as follows: https://zoom.us/j/269586151

We hope you can join us next week and we wish you a restful Easter,

Many thanks for all of your support so far. We’re delighted that the project has gone beyond its minimum target and that all of you that have helped us will be receiving a copy of Conversations this summer. This is exciting news for REGISTER and all of the students and staff at Kingston School of Art. Please do continue to share the project on social media and in person with others who you think might be interested.
