Dear friends and colleagues,One year on since our last message to you. Apologies for our radio silence. We hope you and your loved ones are well. As a department we’ve been dealing with a full year of remote teaching, while remaining amazed by the reliance and purpose of our students. In addition to these collective and personal difficulties, in March we suddenly and tragically lost our head of department, Mary Vaughan Johnson. We thank you for your patience with Conversations and are happy to report that the book is complete. We hope it will be printed this summer with a book launch to begin the new academic year in September. We will be in touch with you at a later date about this. All of us at Kingston hope this message finds you well in these difficult and trying times. We’re delighted to confirm with you that Conversations reached its target and that each of you will be receiving a copy of the book later this year. This is hugely exciting news for REGISTER and all of the students and staff at Kingston School of Art, and we thank you again for your support of this project.
