My Story

I am fundraising to support the production of my BA graduate collection.

The collection has taken inspiration from the striped graphic nature of ceremonial military dress. Garments have been designed from medals, trouser stripes and mess jackets. This collection introduces a strong empowered feminine edge to traditionally very masculine clothing. The collection delves into stripes within military, specifically dazzle camouflage, blending modern prints and fabrications with established silhouettes. 

Having worked on designing my collection for the past year, it is finally coming to fruition. The funds will go towards everything that will make the collection a reality such as the photoshoot, models and fabric costings. By donating to this project, I will be able capture its maximum potential. Through the purchasing of the correct resources I will be able to harness my true capabilities as a designer and maker.

• Fabric and material costs - £600
• Models for photoshoot - £350
• Photoshoot location hire - £30
• Transport and food for photoshoot - £50
